Thanks, Austin. But nope, no hairspray on this delicious veggies. Used a lamp, reflector and fill flash to photograph then upped the clarity a bit to bring out the detail in post processing. :)

I heard food photography is especially difficult to make it look good, and a lot of photographers use hairspray.
