Exposure Composition (aka "Bracketing")

This week in my photography class, our assignment was to focus on a subject with lines and to also bracket each setup.  What does that mean?  Well, basically we were to shoot the picture with normal exposure (lighting) and then make it one step brighter, and one step darker.  The purpose being to show us what proper exposure should look like, and it may not always be the "normal" or "0" setting.  Here are a few of my submissions.

The left photo is exposed -1, middle picture is 0, right picture is exposed +1.

Kind of a fun exercise.  I've learned a lot!
